This is my first time using a liquid eyeliner and Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner is my first liquid eyeliner in my life, I'm always fascinated with eyeliner yet I don't use one because I have as super sensitive eyes when someone is trying to apply eyeliner to me using pencil I always cry because its freaking hurts and its stressing my eyes! But when I try this I super LOVED it! It's ppuurrfecct!
