Me and my blogger friends decided to have a last minute Christmas party before 2013 ended we celebrated it — at Avenue of the Arts Residences. The place is marvelous and i want to take a picture of its every corner. And the place is huge! and all the basic needs is already there and they have a WIFI! and the the staff/personnel are great, they are very helpful.
The best part is the window @ the master bedroom because you could see outside the pool. And look how beautiful the pool is from this window i feel like leaping just to get there.
And presenting the outside where the pool is located its so beautiful outside! Great at taking pictures and swimming and you could feel the breeze from the sea because the condominium is almost near the manila bay and the pool is great its so clean and every hour a maintenance drop by to check if everything is fine.

Overall the place is great its fun staying and having overnight there and also I dont mind living there.
